As a global company, Lexmark handles a variety of channels for partners and rebates throughout the world. Under an old system, this process was handled separately in each region or country. This disjointed process made it harder for partners to interact with Lexmark and made it harder for Lexmark to understand what was happening with its rebate operations on the global level.
Solution Deployed
Lexmark implemented a single global process for partner rebates that integrated back to its SAP implementation. Perficient worked with Lexmark to devise a simple portal that allows partners to access all their key information and update their transaction quickly and efficiently. This solution replaced multiple web sites and provides an intuitive interface regardless of language or location.
