Perficient designed and developed a cross-platform experience for Progress Energy. The new customer experience included a new web site redesign, the conversion of traditional offline communications to an interactive iPad application and the creation of a customer mobile site optimized for iPhone and Android devices, while providing alternate experience for basic mobile browsers.
