Jack
McDonald - Chairman
Jack McDonald is chairman of the board of Perficient. McDonald
joined Perficient as chief executive officer in 1999, led
its initial public offering, became chairman in 2001, and
built and led a team that transformed the company from a
startup to an award-winning industry leader with $230 million
in 2008 revenues and more than 1,000 business and technology
professionals across North America, Eastern Europe, India
and China before assuming the role of Chairman exculsively
in 2009. Mr. McDonald, a winner of the Ernst &
Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, enjoyed success with
several other companies prior to Perficient. From 1996 to
1998 he was president of software firm VideoSite, Inc.,
where he executed a successful turnaround and sale of the
company. Earlier, he served in various positions including
director of corporate development at Blockbuster Entertainment
Group. Mr. McDonald began his career in the 1980s as an
M&A and corporate finance attorney.
Mr. McDonald is vice chairman of the Greater
Austin Chamber of Commerce, chairman of both the Central
Texas Regional Center of Innovation and Commercialization
and the AusTech Alliance, and is a member of the board of
the Austin Technology Council. He also serves on the boards
of several nonprofit organizations that provide economic,
education and healthcare opportunities for Central Texans
and work to protect the land, air and water, including:
KIPP Austin Public Schools, People's Community Clinic and
Hill Country Conservancy. He is also chairman of the board
of PeopleFund, a community development loan fund for low-income
female and minority entrepreneurs.
Jeffrey
S. Davis - CEO and President

As
chief executive officer and president Jeff Davis leads daily
business operations and leads and oversees the development
and execution of the Company's global growth strategy and
initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in technology
management and consulting with both Big Five and entrepreneurial
firms, Jeff manages all Perficient business units and functional
disciplines including marketing, sales and client delivery.
Jeff has played a central role in Perficient’s dramatic
growth, managing the company’s organic expansion and
leading Perficient's M&A program including the integration
and assimilation of acquired businesses. Jeff became Perficient’s
chief operating officer in 2001 and president in 2003 prior
to assuming the position of chief executive officer in 2009.
Prior to Perficient, Jeff was the chief operating
officer at Vertecon, a company Perficient acquired in 2001.
Before Vertecon, Jeff was a senior manager and member of
the leadership team in Arthur Andersen’s Business
Consulting Practice. Jeff also served in leadership positions
at Ernst and Young, LLP in the Management Consulting practice
and in industry at Boeing, Inc. and Mallinckrodt, Inc.
Jeff is an active volunteer member of the board of directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of St. Louis and a member of the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business advisory board. He holds an M.B.A. from Washington University
in St. Louis and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the
University of Missouri.
Ralph
C. Derrickson

Ralph C. Derrickson has more than 20 years of technology
management experience in a wide range of settings including
start-up, interim management, and re-structuring situations.
He served as a board member of Metricom, Inc., a publicly
traded company, from April 1997 to November 2001 and as
Interim CEO of Metricom from February 2001 to August 2001.
Metricom, Inc. voluntarily filed a bankruptcy petition in
US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California
in July of 2001. Mr. Derrickson was also a founding partner
of Watershed Capital, a private equity investment management
company established August in 1998. Prior to Watershed,
Mr. Derrickson managed venture investments at Vulcan Ventures.
He served as vice president of product development at Starwave
Corporation. Earlier, Mr. Derrickson held senior management
positions at NeXT Computer, Inc. and Sun Microsystems, Inc.
He has served on the boards of numerous start-up technology
companies, is active in the business and entrepreneurship
programs at the University of Washington and is a member
of the advisory board of the Center for Technology Entrepreneurship.
He also serves on the board of the Northwest Entrepreneur
Network. Mr. Derrickson holds a BT in systems software from
the Rochester Institute of Technology.
John
S. Hamlin

Mr. Hamlin is president and managing partner of Bozeman
Limited Partnership, an Austin-based private equity firm.
Previously, Hamlin spent eleven years at Dell Inc. where
he served as an executive officer and senior vice president.
He was the senior vice president responsible for Dell’s
global online business as well as Dell’s worldwide
brand and advertising strategy. Mr. Hamlin also served as
senior vice president and general manager of Dell's U.S.
consumer business. Prior to joining Dell, Hamlin worked
in the venture capital field for three years and served
as a strategic consultant at Bain & Company for six
years. He is a board member of Recreational Equipment, Inc.
(REI), Bare Escentuals (Nasdaq: BARE) and Spiceworks, a
privately-held software company. He holds a B.A. degree
from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business
School.
David
S. Lundeen

David S. Lundeen joined Perficient in April 1998 as a director.
From March 1999 through 2002, Mr. Lundeen was a partner
with Watershed Capital, a private equity firm based in Mountain
View, California. From June 1997 to February 1999, Mr. Lundeen
was self-employed, managed his personal investments and
acted as a consultant and advisor to various businesses.
From June 1995 to June 1997, he served as the Chief Financial
Officer and Chief Operating Officer of BSG. From January
1990 until June 1995, Mr. Lundeen served as President of
Blockbuster Technology and as Vice President of Finance
of Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation. Prior to that
time, Mr. Lundeen was an investment banker with Drexel Burnham
Lambert in New York City. Mr. Lundeen currently serves as
a member of the Board of Directors of Parago, Inc., and
on the board of several private companies. Mr. Lundeen received
a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Michigan in
1984 and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago in 1988.
The Board of Directors has determined that Mr. Lundeen is
an audit committee financial expert, as such term is defined
in the rules and regulations promulgated by the Securities
and Exchange Commission.
David
D. May

David May is the co-founder and portfolio manager of Third
Coast Capital, an Austin-based equity fund. Prior to forming
Third Coast Capital in 2004, Mr. May was a co-founder and
Managing Partner of Ridgecrest Partners, a New York City-based
fund founded in 1998. From 1996 to 1998, he was a Partner
at Ardsley Partners, a Connecticut-based fund, where he
served as an analyst and a portfolio manager. Previously,
May was a Vice President at Luther King Capital Management
in Fort Worth, TX, an investment advisory firm. During his
twelve years with the company, he served as a portfolio
manager for a broad range of investment portfolios and co-founded
the LKCM Mutual Funds, of which he served as President of
the Fund group. He received a B.A. in Business and an M.B.A.
from Texas Christian University. May also sits on the Board
of Blackhawk Healthcare.
