Jack McDonald is chairman and chief executive officer of
Perficient, a leading information technology consulting
firm serving Global 2000 clients throughout the United States.
McDonald joined Perficient in 1999, led its initial public
offering (NASDAQ: PRFT) and built and led a team that has
transformed the company from a startup to an award-winning
industry leader with $250 million in annual revenues and
1,500 professionals in 17 major North American markets and
global locations in Eastern Europe, India and China.
McDonald, a winner of the Ernst
& Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, enjoyed
success with several other companies prior to Perficient.
In 1998, he completed a successful transaction in Europe,
acquiring a significant interest in ALTO Imaging Group,
a $100 million computer peripherals integrator, which was
later sold to Minolta. From 1996 to 1998, McDonald was president
of software firm VideoSite, Inc., where he executed a successful
turnaround and sold to GTECH Corporation, a New York Stock
Exchange Company. Earlier, McDonald served in various positions,
including Director of Corporate Development, at Blockbuster
Entertainment Group. McDonald began his career in the 1980s
as a mergers-and-acquisitions and corporate finance attorney
with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York.
McDonald serves as vice chairman of the Greater
Austin Chamber of Commerce, whose mission is to help create
regional economic prosperity and success for Central Texas.
McDonald is chairman of the AusTech Alliance, which works
to create jobs and opportunity for Central Texans by growing
the technology industry. McDonald also served on the World
Congress on Information Technology Texas Leadership Council.
McDonald serves on several nonprofit boards.
He is chairman of the advisory board of American Youthworks,
which operates two dropout-recovery charter high schools
serving at-risk Austin youth. He is a member of the board
of PeopleFund, a Community Development Financial Institution
that promotes economic vitality for low-income people through
strategies that create jobs, provide safe and affordable
homes, and promote good economic policy decisions for communities.
He is also a member of the board of People's Community Clinic,
a primary care clinic that improves the health of uninsured
Central Texas children and adults by providing high quality,
affordable healthcare.
McDonald is a member of the Young Presidents’
Organization (YPO), the premier global network for presidents
under the age of 50.
Jeffrey
S. Davis - President and COO

As
President and Chief Operating Officer, Jeff Davis leads
daily business operations and leads and oversees the development
and execution of the Company's global growth strategy and
initiatives. With nearly 20 years of experience in technology
management and consulting with both Big Five and entrepreneurial
firms, Jeff manages all Perficient business units and functional
disciplines including marketing, sales and client delivery.
Jeff has played a central role in Perficient’s dramatic
growth, managing the company’s organic expansion and
leading Perficient's M&A program including the integration
and assimilation of acquired businesses.
Under Jeff's leadership, Perficient has consistently
delivered operating metrics among the industry's very best
and has been routinely recognized with high-profile growth
and performance awards, including being named the 15th-fastest
growing public company in the United States by Fortune
in 2007. During Jeff's tenure, Perficient has added more
than 1,000 colleagues and greater than $200 million in annual
revenues, transitioned from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market to
the Nasdaq Global Select Market and been added to both the
Russell 2000 and S&P SmallCap 600 indexes.
Prior to Perficient, Jeff was the Chief Operating
Officer at Vertecon, a company Perficient acquired in 2001.
Before Vertecon, Jeff was a Senior Manager and member of
the leadership team in Arthur Andersen’s Business
Consulting Practice, where he was responsible for defining
and managing internal processes, while managing business
development and delivery of all products, services, and
solutions to a number of large accounts. Jeff also served
in leadership positions at Ernst and Young, LLP in the Management
Consulting practice and in industry at Boeing, Inc. and
Mallinckrodt, Inc. He holds an M.B.A. from Washington University
in St. Louis and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Missouri.
Paul
Martin
- Chief Financial Officer

A
senior financial executive with more than 24 years of financial
and accounting experience, Paul Martin was appointed Chief
Financial Officer at Perficient in August, 2006. Prior to
joining Perficient, Paul had most recently served as the
Interim Chief Financial Officer at Charter Communications,
Inc., the fourth-largest cable company in the United States.
Paul served as Charter’s principal accounting officer
beginning in 2002, and has held senior executive finance
roles at companies including Fort James Corporation, Rawlings
Sporting Goods and Arthur Andersen. Paul is responsible
for all aspects of financial compliance, reporting and accounting
at Perficient. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting
from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
Richard
Kalbfleish - Vice President, Finance and Administration

Dick
has more than 21 years of experience at the Controller level
and above and is responsible for all back office functions
at Perficient. Prior to Perficient, Dick served as the Vice
President of Finance and Administration at IntelliMark/Technisource,
a national IT staffing company, where he spent more than
a decade on the executive team, building the company through
20+ acquisitions and centralizing back office functions
across the United States. Dick has spent the majority of
his career in service industries with a particular emphasis
on due diligence, acquisition integration and accounting/human
resources/administrative support and leadership. Dick graduated
from the University of Missouri, Columbia with a BSBA in
Accountancy. He became a C.P.A. in 1984.
