Chris
Gianattasio - Vice President, Field Operations

Chris
is responsible for Perfiicent’s Columbus, Detroit
and Indianapolis offices. He has been working with high-growth
software and services companies for nearly 20 years. Prior
to Perficient’s acquisition of Meritage Technologies
in 2004, Chris served as the firm’s President and
CEO. His excellence in leadership and his experience across
a range of disciplines including software engineering, sales
and business management helped grow Meritage into a leading
IBM WebSphere partner. Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree
in Applied Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio,
and numerous professional certifications.
Kathy
Henely - Vice President, Corporate Operations

Kathy has 20 years of experience creating technology-enabled
business solutions that both help solve existing business
problems and exploit new business opportunities. Her experience
ranges from leading strategic planning to directing software
product development and support teams to leading efforts
to implement new methodologies and processes. She has experience
in package implementation, systems integration and the design
and development of n-tiered systems architectures with a
wide range of technologies. Kathy received her M.S. in Computer
Science from the University of Missouri-Rolla and her B.S.
in Computer Science from the University of Iowa.
John
Jenkins - Vice President, Field Operations

John
has been working with high-growth companies for over 10
years, with experience ranging from technology to operations
to consulting. Prior to Perficient, John co-founded and
served as President of Visual Software Integration, a consulting
firm specializing in delivering IBM products and services.
VSI was acquired by Compete Inc., and in turn Perficient,
during which time John grew the IBM practice from four to
over sixty consultants. Prior to VSI he served as a principal
consultant at Cap Gemini. Prior to Cap Gemini, John had
over 10 years of experience in the services field, centering
on IBM technologies and services. John attended Maryville
University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Thomas
Pash - Vice President, Field Operations

Tom
leads Perficient’s Central South region as well as
many of the company’s national practice areas and
has been working with high-growth companies for over 15
years. Prior to Perficient, Tom co-founded and served as
President and COO for ZettaWorks, a global niche consulting
firm specializing in business integration. Under his leadership,
ZettaWorks grew organically from startup to more than $20
million in annual revenue. Prior to ZettaWorks, he was CIO
and VP of Operations for a top fifty global REIT. Tom is
a graduate of Pepperdine University’s Presidential/Key
Executive MBA program, holds a B.S. in MIS from the University
of Houston and is a certified Master Six Sigma Black Belt.
Tim
Thompson - Vice President, Client Development

Tim
joined Perficient in November of 2001 as the head of sales.
He leads the development and execution of Perficient’s
marketing strategies and oversees the business development
process. He brings 18 years of experience helping organizations
improve business performance. Previously, Tim was Director
of Business Development for Arthur Andersen’s Great
Plains Market Circle. He also spent several years in marketing,
sales and management roles with IBM. Tim has a Masters of
Business Administration from Washington University and a
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University
of Notre Dame.
Derek
Anthony - GM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) (top)
Derek has deep knowledge and experience in management
consulting, knowledge management and technology implementations
and has been specializing in the strategic planning and
deployment of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Solutions
for over ten years. Prior to joining Perficient, Derek was
a part of the leadership team at iPath Solutions with a
focus on content and portal integration and was also a part
of Accenture's energy practice. Derek graduated with honors
from the Texas A&M University with a degree in Biomedical
Engineering.
Paul
Elisii - GM, Philadelphia (top)
Paul has been a technology leader for over 20 years.
Prior to Perficient’s acquisition of E-Tech Solutions
in 2007, Paul served as the firm’s CEO for 11 years,
growing it from startup into a $10M company with almost
80 employees. He now manages all sales and delivery functions
for Perficient's Philadelphia business unit. As CEO of E-Tech,
Paul managed all core functions, coordinating efforts between
sales, marketing, delivery and operations. Before that,
Paul held leadership roles as a software architect, project
manager and software evangelist at several large companies
including Siemens and DuPont. Paul has a bachelor’s
and other advanced degrees in computer science.
John
Griffin - GM, Great Lakes(top)
John has over 20 years of experience in the Information
Technology consulting and software application development
industry. John assumed responsibility for Perficient’s
Columbus local business unit in 2005 and for the Great Lakes
business unit (Detroit, Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati)
in 2007. Prior to Perficient, John was a member of the leadership
team for Meritage Technologies, where he served as engagement
manager for some of their largest accounts. Meritage was
acquired by Perficient in 2004. John graduated from the
University of Illinois with a B.S. in Computer Science (Engineering).
David
Hastoglis- GM, Healthcare

David leads Perficient's healthcare industry national
business unit. With over 25 years of technology consulting
and management experience, David has a proven track record
of delivering large, complex, distributed delivery software
and change management programs for Fortune 500 clients worldwide.
Prior to joining Perficient, David was VP for a leading
global consultancy responsible for managing large client
engagements and industry vertical business units in the
healthcare, financial services, and telecom industries.
David has lived and worked in Europe, North America, and
Central America, giving him a depth of practical experience
in driving measurable results in a dynamic, international
economy. David holds a degree in Business Administration
from James Madison University.
Don
Kasica - GM, Denver

Don has been an IT and consulting visionary for over
25 years. In 1996 he co-founded BoldTech, growing it from
startup to a $23m firm with over 200 employees and customers
worldwide and serving as president until BoldTech was acquired
by Perficient in 2007. In 2002, he was named Technology
Entrepreneur of the year by Ernst & Young for the Rocky
Mountain Region. Prior to BoldTech, Don worked at US West
Advanced Technologies as a Director of Multimedia Technology
where he was awarded two patents for research on the running
of multimedia technology over broadband networks. Don holds
degrees in computer science and accounting from Boston College.
Hari
Madamalla - GM, IBM-EAI (top)
Hari
has 10 years of experience in the Information Technology
industry. Prior to Perficient, Hari served as the chairman
& chief executive of Insolexen, a Business Process integration
services company which in two years grew from startup to
$13 Million in annual sales. Insolexen was recognized as
one of the Michigan 50 companies to watch in 2006 before
being acquired by Perficient. His broad range of IT services
experience includes sales execution, project management
and technical consulting. He has a bachelors degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Andhra University, India.
Jeff Martini - GM, North Plains(top)
Jeff
leads Perficient's North Plains (Chicago and Indianapolis)
business unit with more than 18 years of experience in the
IT field - 16 of those in consulting. He worked as a technologist
and project manager for 10 years then moving into finance
and operations. Prior to Perficient, Jeff co-founded (1990)
and served as President for Genisys Consulting, Inc., a
Chicago based software integration firm. Genisys organically
grew from startup to over $10M in annual revenues before
being acquired by Perficient in April 2004. Prior to joining
Genisys he provided management consulting services to multiple
Fortune 500 clients. Jeff graduated from DeVry Institute
of Technology with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems.
Mike
Minkler - GM, St. Louis (top)
Mike has been helping clients achieve business value through
technology for 13 years. With a keen sense for understanding
business priorities and strategic choices, Mike has been
leading large multi-million dollar projects in the delivery
of complex technical solutions. Prior to joining Perficient,
Mike was a manager with Accenture, where he was a member
of a national practice focused on leading edge technologies.
He was also General Manager of AMD Technology Solutions,
delivering IT outsourcing to small and medium sized businesses.
Mike holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis
and a B.S. in Management from Purdue University.
Scott
Nesbitt - GM, Denver CRM

Scott oversees commercial and public sector business
development and client service delivery. Prior to joining
Perficient, Scott led a line of business for Tier1 Innovation
where he was responsible for all sales and delivery of consulting
services to the commercial sector. Prior to that, he led
all client delivery services and managed Tier1’s largest
projects and accounts. During his 25-year career he has
worked for global service and consulting providers such
as EDS and Ernst & Young, and small-to-medium-size software
and consulting companies. Scott graduated from the University
of Alabama-Huntsville with a BSBA in Management Information
Systems.
Rhonda
Pierce - GM, Houston and New Orleans (top)
Rhonda has been working in the consulting industry for more
than twenty years. She came to Perficient through the acquisition
of the EGG Division of DCSS in 2006, where she served for
ten years, lastly as a vice president focused on the Houston
and New Orleans business units. She was responsible for
project and solutions opportunities, Project Management
Office functions, and attainment/maintenance of the CMM
Quality rating held by DCSS. Prior to DCSS, Rhonda had over
12 years of experience in the government consulting services
field while delivering projects and solutions to various
agencies at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. She attended
Louisiana State University.
Tim
Robinson - GM, San Francisco CRM (top)
Tim
has been working in the Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) and consulting industries for more than eleven years.
Tim came to Perficient through the acquisition of Bay Street
Solutions in San Francisco in 2006. Bay Street Solutions
was a business consulting firm that specialized in helping
companies maximize the value in CRM solutions. Tim served
as Bay Street’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining Bay Street Solutions, Tim worked for several
years within Accenture’s CRM practice. Tim graduated
with honors from the University of South Dakota with a degree
in Business Administration.
Rajesh
Shah - GM, Dallas (top)
Rajesh has been working with high-growth software and technology
services companies for more than 15 years. Prior to Perficient,
Rajesh served as Vice President at Vivare, Inc., responsible
for delivery of consulting services and solutions. He was
also instrumental in business growth at strategic accounts.
Rajesh has led and managed teams delivering solutions around
business intelligence, CRM and custom application development.
Rajesh has experience in package implementation, systems
integration and the design and development of n-tiered systems
architectures with a wide range of technologies. Rajesh
has a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas,
Dallas.
Jackie
Thorn - GM, Minneapolis (top)
Jackie
has been successfully contributing to the IT and consulting
fields since 1991. She joined Perficient in 2000, and prior
to her current position held multiple leadership roles with
Perficient including Operations Director, Delivery Director
and Program Manager. Prior to Perficient, Jackie specialized
in the implementation of eCommerce and ERP solutions as
a consultant with Computer Sciences Corporation. She also
spent several years as an internal auditor and financial
software analyst with Cargill, Inc. Jackie has a Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems
from the University of Wisconsin, and holds the CPA, CIA
and CISA certifications.
