Chris Gianattasio - Vice President, Field Operations (top)
Chris is responsible for Perficient's Eastern Region operations. He has been working with high-growth software and services companies for more than 20 years. Prior to Perficient’s acquisition of Meritage Technologies in 2004, Chris served as the firm’s President and CEO. His excellence in leadership and his experience across a range of disciplines including software engineering, sales and business management helped grow Meritage into a leading IBM WebSphere partner. Chris has a B.S. in Applied Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, as well as numerous professional certifications.

 

John Jenkins - Vice President, Field Operations (top)
John has responsibility for Perficient's IBM Advanced Technology Services group, one of just three groups retained by IBM’s ISSW/ISSL divisions. He has been working with high-growth companies for more than 10 years, with experience ranging from technology to operations to consulting. Prior to Perficient, John co-founded and served as president of Visual Software Integration, a consulting firm specializing in delivering IBM products and services. VSI was acquired by Compete Inc., and in turn Perficient. Prior to VSI he served as a principal consultant at Cap Gemini and had more than 10 years of experience in the services field. John attended Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri.

 

Richard Kalbfleish - Vice President, Finance and Administration (top)
Dick serves as Vice President of Finance and Administration, Principal Accounting Officer, Controller and Assistant Treasurer for Perficient. He joined the company as Controller in 2004. Prior to Perficient, Dick served for 11 years as Vice President of Finance and Administration with IntelliMark/Technisource, a national IT staffing company. He has more than 25 years of experience at the controller level and above in a number of service industries with an emphasis on acquisition integration and accounting, human resources and administrative support. Dick holds a B.S.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Missouri - Columbia.

 

Don Kasica - Vice President, Field Operations (top)
Don oversees Perficient's Western Region operations, including the company's Oracle national practice. A 25-year IT and consulting veteran, in 1996 he co-founded BoldTech and served as president until the company was acquired by Perficient in 2007. In 2002, he was named Technology Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young for the Rocky Mountain Region. Prior to BoldTech, Don worked in leadership roles for a variety of technology companies including US West, Bachman Information Systems, Cullinet Software and EDS. Don holds degrees in computer science and accounting from Boston College. He was also awarded two patents for his research on running multimedia technology over broadband networks while at US West.

 

Tim Thompson - Vice President, Client Development (top)
Tim joined Perficient in November of 2001 as the head of sales. He leads the development and execution of Perficient’s marketing strategies and oversees the business development process. He brings 20 years of experience helping organizations improve business performance. Previously, Tim was Director of Business Development for Arthur Andersen’s Great Plains Market Circle. He also spent several years in marketing, sales and management roles with IBM. Tim has a Masters of Business Administration from Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.

 

Lenore Albee - GM, St. Louis(top)
Lenore joined Perficient in 2009, bringing more than 25 years of experience and success in consulting and business leadership to the company. Along with extensive Big 4 experience, she served most recently as the Lead Consulting Partner for Deloitte’s St. Louis Office. She has experience in strategy development, EAI, business process outsourcing and transformation, information technology outsourcing, shared services, merger integration and program management. Lenore serves on the board of the International Business Institute at the University of Missouri, St. Louis, which supports the university's international business undergraduate and MBA programs, ranked in the top 20 by US News and World Report for the past 10 years. Lenore holds an MBA from the University of Missouri.

 

George Camp - GM, Philadelphia(top)
George has been developing and delivering business-driven technology solutions for more than 20 years with a focus on both project management and architecture development activities. George joined Perficient with its 2007 acquisition of eTech Solutions, bringing to the company expertise in the delivery of financial information technology projects. George leads Perficient's local Philadelphia business unit, the national IP Competency Center and the Microsoft Competency Center. George graduated cum laude from West Chester University with a B.S. in Economics.

 

 

John Griffin - GM, Great Lakes(top)
John has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology consulting and software application development industry. John assumed responsibility for Perficient’s Columbus local business unit in 2005 and for the Great Lakes business unit (Detroit, Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati) in 2007. Prior to Perficient, John was a member of the leadership team for Meritage Technologies, where he served as engagement manager for some of their largest accounts. Meritage was acquired by Perficient in 2004. John graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Computer Science (Engineering).

 

David Hastoglis- GM, Healthcare(top)
David leads Perficient's healthcare industry national business unit. With over 25 years of technology consulting and management experience, David has a proven track record of delivering large, complex, distributed delivery software and change management programs for Fortune 500 clients worldwide. Prior to joining Perficient, David was VP for a leading global consultancy responsible for managing large client engagements and industry vertical business units in the healthcare, financial services, and telecom industries. David has lived and worked in Europe, North America, and Central America, giving him a depth of practical experience in driving measurable results in a dynamic, international economy. David holds a degree in Business Administration from James Madison University.

 

Hari Madamalla - GM, IBM BPMS (top)
Hari has nearly 15 years of experience in the information technology industry. Prior to Perficient, he served as the chairman & chief executive of Insolexen, a business process integration services company which in two years grew from startup to $13 million in annual sales. Insolexen was recognized as one of the Michigan 50 companies to watch in 2006 before being acquired by Perficient. Hari's broad range of IT services experience includes sales execution, project management and technical consulting. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Andhra University, India.

 

Jeff Martini - GM, North Plains(top)
Jeff leads Perficient's North Plains (Chicago and Indianapolis) business unit with more than 18 years of experience in the IT field - 16 of those in consulting. He worked as a technologist and project manager for 10 years then moving into finance and operations. Prior to Perficient, Jeff co-founded (1990) and served as President for Genisys Consulting, Inc., a Chicago based software integration firm. Genisys organically grew from startup to over $10M in annual revenues before being acquired by Perficient in April 2004. Prior to joining Genisys he provided management consulting services to multiple Fortune 500 clients. Jeff graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems.

 

Scott Nesbitt - GM, Oracle (top)
Scott oversees commercial and public sector business development and client service delivery. Prior to joining Perficient, Scott led a line of business for Tier1 Innovation where he was responsible for all sales and delivery of consulting services to the commercial sector. Prior to that, he led all client delivery services and managed Tier1’s largest projects and accounts. During his 25-year career he has worked for global service and consulting providers such as EDS and Ernst & Young, and small-to-medium-size software and consulting companies. Scott graduated from the University of Alabama-Huntsville with a BSBA in Management Information Systems.

 

Mary-Beth Ostaz - GM, Denver (top)
Mary-Beth brings more than 16 years of experience in consulting management experience to Perficient. She joined Perficient in 2007 with its acqusition of BoldTech, where she had worked since 2001. Prior to BoldTech Mary-Beth served several years at Accenture. Mary-Beth has held a variety of leadership roles in her career in areas including resource management, business development and as director of operations. Her broad experience base has proven valuable in her work with sales and delivery teams as they effectively sell and deliver on client engagements.

 

 

Ed Rawson - GM, Enterprise Content Management (top)
Ed has more than 30 years’ experience in enterprise content management (ECM), with a focus on document management, business process re-engineering, business process automation, enterprise content management, and business process management along with total project and life cycle management. He has implemented ECM strategies and solutions for numerous Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Ed leads Perficient ECM National Business Unit. Ed joined Perficient in 2008 with responsibility for the company’s IBM FileNet ECM practice. Prior to Perficient, Ed was a noted and published ECM solutions architect and independent consultant and also worked more than 10 years leading a Cap Gemini and Sogeti ECM practice. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania Institute of Technology and has numerous industry certifications.

 

Jim Roberts - GM, Houston and New Orleans (top)
Jim has 25 years of experience as a technologist, solutions consulting manager and business manager with extensive experience in information technology and solutions integration. As Regional Partner for Hewlett-Packard's consulting practice, Jim was responsible for managing technical, business and sales teams that sold, developed, delivered and integrated large software projects for high-speed data acquisition/control systems, interconnect gateways and middleware applications. Jim also has deep experience in the business process outsourcing, aerospace and telecommunications fields, where he held many roles including engineer, programmer, architect, project manager, and various senior management positions. Jim is a graduate of Regis University.

 

Tim Robinson - GM, Oracle(top)
Tim has been working in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and consulting industries for more than twelve years. Tim came to Perficient through the acquisition of Bay Street Solutions in San Francisco in 2006. Bay Street Solutions was a business consulting firm that specialized in helping companies maximize the value in CRM solutions. Tim served as Bay Street’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Bay Street Solutions, Tim worked for several years within Accenture’s CRM practice. Tim graduated with honors from the University of South Dakota with a degree in Business Administration.

 

Eric Roch - GM, TIBCO EAI (top)
Eric has more than 20 years of experience across IT including executive-level management within industry and consulting, as technical architect, and in application and systems development. His executive leadership expereince includes serving as Chief Technologist, SOA National Practice Director and GM of Perficient's TIBCO Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) practice. Eric's related business experience includes IT strategic planning and the management of consulting organizations. He has served as technical architect for EAI, SOA, eCommerce and multi-tier distributed systems. He is a regular industry speaker and author and maintains the popular Business Integration and SOA blog. Eric holds a M.S. in Management of Technology from the University of Maryland.

 

Rajesh Shah - GM, Dallas (top)
Rajesh has been working with high-growth software and technology services companies for more than 15 years. Prior to Perficient, Rajesh served as Vice President at Vivare, Inc., responsible for delivery of consulting services and solutions. He was also instrumental in business growth at strategic accounts. Rajesh has led and managed teams delivering solutions around business intelligence, CRM and custom application development. Rajesh has experience in package implementation, systems integration and the design and development of n-tiered systems architectures with a wide range of technologies. Rajesh has a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas, Dallas.

 

Kevin Sheen - GM, China Global Services (top)
Kevin leads Perficient's CMMI Level 5 Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Hangzhou, China. He has more than 23 years of consulting experience and has delivered a wide variety of technology solutions in areas including communications, new product launch, manufacturing, CRM and retail. Kevin is a champion of Perficient's multi-shore Agile delivery methodology and is a regular speaker at industry events where he presents on topics such as unique approaches to multi-shore delivery using Agile methodology. Kevin holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.

 

Jackie Thorn - GM, Minneapolis (top)
Jackie has been successfully contributing to the IT and consulting fields since 1991. She joined Perficient in 2000, and prior to her current position held multiple leadership roles with Perficient including Operations Director, Delivery Director and Program Manager. Prior to Perficient, Jackie specialized in the implementation of eCommerce and ERP solutions as a consultant with Computer Sciences Corporation. She also spent several years as an internal auditor and financial software analyst with Cargill, Inc. Jackie has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin, and holds the CPA, CIA and CISA certifications.
