IBM Premier Business Partner Perficient Presents on Social Web Experience at Lotusphere 2012

ST. LOUIS (January 9, 2012) – Perficient, Inc. Lotusphere is the premier social, collaboration and community event worldwide and will be held Jan. 15-19, 2012, in Orlando, Fla. 

As social business gains momentum, organizations must transform the way they approach integrating social media into their business processes, analytics and communication tools while maintaining a positive experience for the end user – employees, partners and customers.  Perficient experts Mike Porter, principal, Portal Solutions, and Glenn Kline, technical director, Portal Solutions, will present “Practical Approaches to Successful, Social Web Experience Solutions” on Thursday, Jan. 19, at 8:30 a.m. in S. HEM III at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. In their session, Porter and Kline will provide tips and real-world examples of how to deliver exceptional web experiences with the end user in mind, allowing for a greater sense of community and more powerful collaboration.
