InformationWeek Features Perficient’s Healthcare Expertise, Development Work with Premier

Article highlights Perficient’s key role in developing data collection and reporting applications for members of the Premier healthcare alliance

SAINT LOUIS (June 20, 2013) – Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT), a leading information technology consulting firm serving Global 2000 and other large enterprise customers throughout North America, recently was featured in the InformationWeek article, “Healthcare Collaborative, IBM Partner on Big Data Platform” published on June 19.

The article highlights a recent announcement by Perficient’s client Premier healthcare alliance, which has joined together with four healthcare systems to launch the Data Alliance Collaborative (DAC).  The collaborative is focused on using data analytics and business intelligence to improve population health.

Currently, Perficient is developing assets in partnership with Premier that it intends to market to Premier members and the broader healthcare market. One of the first products Perficient will develop provides a snapshot of how providers are performing against the 33 Accountable Care Organization (ACO) quality measures defined by the Affordable Care Act.
