User Experience: Chrysler
Challenge
Chrysler wanted to augment the consumer experience
of researching cars online prior to purchasing by providing them
with the ability to configure their own automobiles. Chrysler planned
to introduce these kiosks in major U.S. shopping malls, beginning
with the Mall of America in Minneapolis/St. Paul.
Solution
Perficient leveraged its expert national usability
practice to lead a competitive assessment, create an iterative prototype
design and conduct usability testing (including field testing) to
provide Chrysler with a newly designed kiosk that gives users a
fun and productive pre-purchase research experience. Overall user
satisfaction was 96.4%.
