Challenge

Wachovia faced difficulties establishing budgets and compensation metrics for more than 180 branch offices. They asked Perficient to design and implement a detailed .Net-based revenue forecasting system for the branch offices.

Solution

Perficient collected data and process flow details and designed an object-oriented component architecture and solution that analyzes annual data, build revenue projections and goals for the company, helps determine the budgets for the more than 180 offices and creates scorecards to set compensation metrics for key employees.
