Revenues

We are an award-winning "Premier Level" IBM business partner and a recognized expert in IBM's WebSphere software. We have received multiple IBM awards including the "Information Management North American Distinguished Partner Award", the "Lotus North American Distinguished Partner Award", the "Business Partner Leadership Award" and the "IBM Americas Business Partner Leadership Award", a prestigious international award that recognizes IBM Business Partners worldwide, across all lines of business, for outstanding success in delivering IBM-based solutions. We are also a "Value Advantage Plus 5-Star Partner", a coveted honor granted to just five IBM Business Partners worldwide. We have also been named "EMC Americas Partner of the Year" and "EMC Select Services Team Partner of the Year" and are a Team TIBCO Partner and a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.

We are expanding our business through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. We believe that information technology consulting is a fragmented industry and that there are a substantial number of privately held information technology consulting firms in the United States that can be acquired on financially accretive terms. We have a track record of successfully identifying, executing and integrating acquisitions that add strategic value to our business. Since 2004 we have acquired and integrated twelve privately held information technology consulting firms. In 2007 Perficient placed #6 on Business 2.0 magazine's "100 Fastest-Growing Tech Companies" list, #15 on Fortune magazine's "100 Fastest-Growing Companies" list and #9 on Fortune Small Business magazine’s "FSB100"—a list of the 100 fastest-growing public companies in the country with revenues of less than $200 million in 2006.

Perficient chairman and chief executive officer, Jack McDonald (center), and president and chief operating officer, Jeffrey Davis (left), preside over the closing of the NASDAQ stock market on September 14, 2005.
