inquiry, usability testing and persona development. He has
participated across all project phases including discovery,
design and production at marquee clients including United
Health Care, Anheuser-Busch and Charter Communications. Nathan
has presented at numerous conferences and events including
the Usability Professionals Association, and is the co-founder
of the St. Louis chapter of the Interaction Designers Association.
