Addressing the complexities of conducting global clinical programs.

Our client is a leading global contract research organization providing drug discovery, development, lifecycle management, and laboratory services.

CURBING THE COST AND TIME OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS

Our client has long used Oracle Clinical (OC), Remote Data Capture (RDC), and Thesaurus Management System (TMS) on premises, as well as several other complementary systems, for capturing and managing its clients’ clinical data.

Like many CROs, our client was moving towards an IT outsourcing model that would allow it to leverage third parties to host key clinical applications in a secure, regulatory-compliant cloud.

Regulatory-Compliant Clinical Cloud Shifts the Focus to Customers

Our life sciences team has assisted our client with numerous projects, from workshops to custom application development to functional and technical support services. Our successful engagements and deep industry expertise were top of mind at our client when they decided to institute new technology requirements.

Our client asked us to implement, upgrade, and host several instances of its clinical data management applications and databases in our regulatory-compliant cloud that is backed by more than 15 years of experience hosting biopharmaceutical, medical device, and CRO systems.

In addition to the migration of study data from a competitor CRO’s environment to our client’s, we implemented and upgraded multiple clinical applications (i.e., OC/RDC/TMS, JReview, and the client’s own IP) in our cloud.

Our client will continue to be safeguarded from the challenges and costs associated with the implementation and maintenance of a complex IT infrastructure.

Our Cloud Hosting Provides Security and Compliance

Moving its applications to a secure, regulatory-compliant cloud maintained by an experienced, trusted hosting provider will continue to safeguard our client from the challenges and costs associated with the implementation and maintenance of a complex IT infrastructure.
