Perficient Announces New Solutions Initiatives

March 2, 2004, Austin, Texas – Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT), a leading eBusiness solutions provider to Global 3000 companies in the central United States, today announced new solutions initiatives and offerings that complement IBM’s Software Group’s new on-demand offerings and solutions-oriented go-to-market strategies. The announcement comes as Perficient executives meet with select IBM executives this week at PartnerWorld 2004, the largest annual global gathering of IBM business partners.

“In conjunction with our participation at IBM’s Partnerworld 2004, we’re excited to announce these new solutions offerings,” said Jack McDonald, chairman and chief executive. “As IBM shifts from a software brands-based model toward an industry solutions-selling paradigm, Perficient is well-positioned to serve IBM as a Premier Partner. In 2004, we’ll be focusing our energies and bringing solutions to market with IBM around the following cross-branded areas where Perficient has strong experience, technical talents and certifications: Business Integration, Portals/Workplace, Content Management, Development Tools and Competitive Winback. We’re committed to doing all we can to position our firm to fully leverage, support and grow our relationship with IBM.”

About the new solutions:

Business Integration – Perficient’s Business Integration Services help companies improve the flow of business processes across internal operations and to business partners and customers

Portals/Workplace - Perficient’s Portal/Workplace Services provide customers single points of interaction with dynamic information, applications and processes for business-to-employee (B2E), business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) communities.

Content Management - Perficient’s Content Management Services enable users to enhance the relevance and timeliness of their websites by providing an efficient way to create, publish, manage and archive web-based content. Perficient’s services also help address the growing customer demand for flexible, integrated solutions that combine portal, collaboration and content technology onto a single platform.

Development Tools - Perficient’s Development Tools Services help companies build and deploy flexible enterprise-wide applications. Perficient’s services also help customers migrate from proprietary application development environments to open systems-based Java solutions.

Competitive Winback - Perficient’s Competitive Winback Services enable clients to transition from inferior alternatives to IBM technologies. Perficient’s migration offerings are often full-lifecycle solutions, from assessment through implementation and client mentoring/education.

Perficient chairman and chief executive officer Jack McDonald is scheduled to highlight the new solutions and present to other business partners on methods to maximize opportunity with IBM later today, Tuesday, March 2nd, in a PartnerWorld forum entitled IBM WebSphere Software: Value for You, Value for Your Customers, hosted by Joe DaMassa, IBM’s vice president of WebSphere marketing.
