AUSTIN, Texas, April 10, 2006—Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT), a leading information technology consulting firm serving Global 2000 and midsize clients throughout the United States, today announced it is raising its revenue guidance for the first quarter of 2006.

The company expects its Q1 services and software revenue, including reimbursed expenses, to be in the range of $28.8 million to $29.7 million, comprised of $26.4 million to $27.0 million of revenue from services including reimbursed expenses and $2.4 million to $2.7 million of revenue from sales of software. This revised revenue guidance compares to the previous guidance range of $26.5 million to $27.9 million including reimbursed expenses (which included $1.0 million to $1.1 million of revenue from sales of software) provided in the fourth quarter and full year 2005 earnings release and conference call on February 28, 2006.

“Q1 was a great start to a promising year, as we continued to see accelerating demand for our solutions,” said Jack McDonald, Perficient’s chairman and chief executive officer. “We are winning impressive new blue chip clients, broadening our solutions and services portfolio and leveraging our increased scale to drive market and operating efficiencies. We remain excited about the prospects for continued high growth in 2006.”

The revised guidance range contains no revenue from Bay Street Solutions, Perficient’s recently-announced acquisition.
