Perficient Raises Q4 2005 Revenue Guidance

AUSTIN, Texas, January 9, 2006—Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT), a leading information technology consulting firm in the central United States, today announced it is raising its revenue guidance for the fourth quarter of 2005.

The company expects its Q4 services and software revenue, including reimbursed expenses, to be in the range of $29.0 million to $29.9 million, comprised of $24.8 million to $25.4 million of revenue from services including reimbursed expenses and $4.2 million to $4.5 million of revenue from sales of software. The revised guidance range of services revenue including reimbursed expenses would represent services revenue growth of 74.1% to 78.3% over the fourth quarter of 2004. This revised revenue guidance compares to the previous guidance range of $26.8 million to $28.2 million including reimbursed expenses (which included $2.2 million to $2.4 million of revenue from sales of software) provided in the third quarter 2005 earnings release and conference call on November 2, 2005.
