Perficient To Join S&P 600 Index

AUSTIN, Texas – August 10, 2007 - Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT), a leading information technology consulting firm serving Global 2000 and other large enterprise customers throughout North America, today announced it will join the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Monday, August 13th.

“We’re pleased to join the S&P SmallCap 600 Index,” said Perficient chairman and chief executive Jack McDonald. “This is a great milestone for Perficient and should increase our visibility with investors and institutions that rely on the S&P Indexes as a key part of their investment strategy.”

The S&P SmallCap 600 is maintained by the S&P Index Committee, a team of Standard & Poor’s economists and index analysts, who meet on a regular basis. The goal of the Index Committee is to ensure that the index remains an accurate measure of small companies, reflecting the risk and return characteristics of the broader small cap universe on an on-going basis.
