Perficient to Provide Insights on New Product Strategies at Bank Innovation Conference 2013

SAINT LOUIS (March 11, 2013)Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT), a leading information technology consulting firm serving Global 2000 and other large enterprise customers throughout North America, today announced it will serve as a platinum sponsor and present on bank product strategies at Bank Innovation 2013. Bank Innovation is a forum for executives to collaborate on ideas for improving customer acquisition and retention, and will be held March 18-19 in San Francisco.

Banking executives are challenged with providing a seamless and engaging customer experience across all channels – mobile phones, tablets, ATMs, online banking, call center and at the branch. In order to provide a true multi-channel banking experience, banks must become more data-centric and transform their business models to support both new and existing products and services. Perficient Financial Services Practice Lead Mike Panzarella will co-present “New Product Strategies and Possibilities” on Monday, March 18.  During this session, Panzarella will discuss how banks can leverage existing technology investments to gain insight from data analytics to develop rich, consistent product strategies, and gain a competitive advantage.

“Banks need to get smart about their data. We’re in a digital world, and every customer touch point and interaction, whether online, via mobile phone or tablet, in the branch or on the phone with a customer service representative, represents critical information,” said Panzarella. “It’s only when banks can leverage this customer data as a strategic asset that they can begin to understand customers’ wants and needs, and offer meaningful products and value-added banking services. In doing so banks will strengthen customer relationships, differentiate themselves in the market, and realize sustainable growth.”

In conjunction with Bank Innovation, Perficient will provide a Bank Transformation Toolkit for bank executives, technologists and marketers, outlining critical trends, strategies, and tactics to help banks get more out of the conference experience. The toolkit includes a pre-show checklist of top priorities for attendees, a guide with strategic and technology advice, and access to Perficient’s latest white papers – “Big Data Planning Guide for Financial Services” and “Mobile Payments in Banking.” The information is designed to help organizations become more strategic with their business and technology decisions as they explore the future of customer experience in banking.

In addition, Perficient industry experts also will discuss how its financial services customers, which include six of the top 10 U.S. retail banks, four leading card and payment innovators, and U.S. investment banks, have implemented innovative multi-channel banking strategies by leveraging mobile banking and payment strategies, business intelligence and analytics, enterprise information solutions, and risk management and compliance.  Specifically, attendees can learn how through its partnerships with leading technology innovators – IBM, Microsoft, OracleTIBCO and EMC – Perficient enables businesses to deliver innovative banking products and services with a competitive advantage, improve operational efficiency, minimize organizational risk, and focus on enhancing the customer experience across banking channels.
