Perficient Delivers Customer Experience Solutions Designed to Drive Growth, Profitability for Clients

Oracle Platinum Partner Perficient to showcase Oracle CX and cloud capabilities at Oracle OpenWorld 2014

SAINT LOUIS (Sept. 29, 2014) – Rising customer expectations and more channels of interaction continue to drive the customer revolution, forcing organizations to rethink their customer experience strategies.  As a result, Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT), a leading information technology and management consulting firm serving Global 2000 and other large enterprise customers throughout North America, is experiencing an increase in demand from clients to help design and deliver customer experience solutions that better meet customer preferences, provide relevant and engaging experiences, and drive business growth. Perficient experts are present at Oracle OpenWorld 2014 to discuss their latest Oracle Customer Experience (CX) offerings, which utilize Oracle’s complete, integrated cloud solutions and address today’s customer experience challenges.

“Understanding the drivers of a great experience is key to realizing profitable growth. Today’s customer has all the control and demands responsive, personalized service from brands across all touch points, including mobile, social, digital and in-person channels,” said Alfred Arnaud, general manager of Perficient’s Oracle customer experience practice. “Successful organizations will evolve their customer experience strategies to better connect with their customers in new ways, know them, respond to them, and anticipate their needs. Implementing customer experience solutions via the cloud enables them to do so quickly, efficiently and effectively.”

Perficient partners with organizations to deliver modern customer experience strategies, assessments and workshops across leading technology platforms and providers.  Specifically, Perficient’s Oracle CX practice helps clients both understand the customer experience – their customers’ perceptions and behaviors throughout the entire customer lifecycle – and manage that experience by aligning their company’s marketing, sales and service strategies utilizing Oracle cloud technologies, including Oracle Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Siebel CRM.

“Companies that prioritize the customer experience will generate more profits than their competitors. Implementing a CX strategy via the cloud ensures our clients can deliver on customer expectations in a repeatable and scalable manner,” continued Arnaud. “With the recent launch of Oracle Marketing Cloud, a platform designed to allow customers to run marketing campaigns across all channels of customer interaction, along with its Oracle Sales and Service Cloud platforms, Oracle has amplified their ability to ensure customers can best address rising customer demands, maintain a customer-centric mindset, and drive mutual economic value.”

In addition to implementing CX strategies through Oracle Sales, Marketing and Service Clouds, and Siebel, Perficient’s Oracle practice provides transformative engagements around Hyperion Cloud Services for Planning and Budgeting, as well as Cloud ERP. During OpenWorld 2014, Perficient announced several new Oracle cloud offerings and tools including:

  • Perficient’s Fast Forward for Hyperion Planning solution, utilizing the Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service
In as little as eight weeks, income statement, planning, forecasting and reporting procedures can be fully developed and deployed to the Oracle Cloud.

  • Version 2.0 of Perficient’s ASCEND life sciences accelerator, a fully validated, pre-configured and enhanced version of Oracle Siebel Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)
ASCEND now works with Siebel CTMS 8.1.1.11, which includes Open UI updates, enabling users and administrators with more freedom and flexibility, whether the solution is implemented on-site or in the cloud.

  • Perficient’s High-Performance Costing Expressway healthcare industry tool
Leveraging Oracle’s Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management and Enterprise Health Analytics solutions, the tool extracts, consolidates and allocates administrative, clinical and financial cost data across the system, allowing hospitals to rapidly deploy a transparent costing application, identify savings and improve decision-making and ROI.

  • Commitment to Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Services
Perficient’s Oracle national business unit is a forerunner in offering Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Services (BICS) through its dashboard and report accelerators.  Additionally, Perficient provides migration strategies to Oracle BICS and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence for customers considering cloud as the business intelligence platform of choice.

  • Implementations of Oracle WebCenter using Amazon Web Services

“With each of these announcements, Perficient continues to demonstrate our innovative approach to the cloud as well as other transformative technologies across industries, including mobile, business intelligence and user experience design,” said Emil Fernandez, Perficient vice president of Oracle applications. “As an Oracle partner for more than 15 years, we are committed to partnering with our clients to accelerate their growth and solve complex challenges through the implementation of business-driven technology solutions.”
