As COVID-19 (more commonly known as Coronavirus) continues to challenge many businesses and communities throughout the world, we want to reassure you that the safety and well-being of our customers and our colleagues remains of the utmost importance.
From the beginning, we were prepared with our SOC2-compliant Business Continuity Plan (BCP) related to the supportability of customer engagements, and have implemented our BCPs as needed worldwide. You can find a copy of our standard customer BCP below.
As a result of our preparedness, we have been successful in transitioning to be “remote ready” with limited disruption to our business, and we quickly, safely, and securely pivoted our own organization so we could help others sustain their own. We remain steadfastly focused on honoring our commitments to our partnership and your business, and innovating new offerings to help you address challenges you may face in today’s environment.
With parts of the world beginning to open up for business again, it’s important for you to know that Perficient has assembled a comprehensive, location-specific approach to the reopening of our offices. First and foremost, our plans are focused on ensuring the safety and well-being of every Perficient colleague. Additionally, our approach will adhere to state and local government regulations as well as comply with health requirements and recommendations. Throughout this phased approach, we remain in constant conversation with our colleagues about precautionary steps they can take to prevent the spread of this virus, and have provided the necessary tools and processes to maintain active engagement with one another and with you.
