Business Intelligence and Analytics

In an industry where competitive pressures and regulatory demands are intense, information is a critical business asset. Healthcare organizations are under considerable pressure to leverage their information resources to optimize business performance, reduce costs, mitigate risks, and improve quality of service. Users today demand easy and timely access to accurate and consolidated information. Whether you are increasing the quality and outcomes of patient care, establishing enterprise portals, or creating a learning culture for your healthcare teams, Perficient can help define and implement a cost-effective solution.

Social and Collaboration

Connected health engages patients, members, providers and the health community using technology to deliver quality care outside of the traditional medical setting. Connected health solutions from Perficient aim to maximize healthcare resources and provide increased and flexible opportunities for healthcare consumers to engage with their care. The ultimate goal is reductions in cost while simultaneously improving the quality of care. We plan to leverage our social media and collaboration expertise in a new Connected Health practice in 2013.

Integration and Interoperability

Healthcare systems and state and local government agencies are being confronted with how to exchange health information to those who can impact the delivery of care while empowering those who receive that care. The key benefit of creating interoperability is to improve the visibility, sharing and re-use of data collection between disparate healthcare applications and devices. Our interoperability solution helps to reduce redundant data entry, speed access to information and create a real-time flow of information through an enterprise IT system.
