We provided technical support for Salesforce, Atlassian, and Pega platform integrations and managed multiple IT workstreams. We also provided QA/testing for the website, mobile app, and charging station interfaces.
Key Benefits
Charger state data is now available to customer service representatives who can use it to troubleshoot charging stations with customers directly. They can also provide that state data to maintenance dispatch, improving customer service and uptime of charging units.
