Our client has a goal to promote greater zero-emission vehicle adoption by offering a fast, convenient charging network. The company asked for our help to make its vision a reality by improving maintenance dispatch and customer service outcomes.

Solution Highlights

We provided technical support for Salesforce, Atlassian, and Pega platform integrations and managed multiple IT workstreams. We also provided QA/testing for the website, mobile app, and charging station interfaces.

Key Benefits

Charger state data is now available to customer service representatives who can use it to troubleshoot charging stations with customers directly. They can also provide that state data to maintenance dispatch, improving customer service and uptime of charging units.
