The university wanted a new work automation platform for student prospecting that is stable, scalable, and harmoniously integrates with its communications platform.

Solution Highlights

We built an automation platform on Flowable with AWS Step Functions orchestrating Lambda functions to check records, push them to Flowable via Kafka messages, assign work items to advisors, and send them to Kafka for analytics.
