Bryan Berumen is the chief services officer at Perficient, bringing more than 22 years of global experience helping clients achieve profitable growth across front- and back-office operations, organizational effectiveness initiatives, and operating model design. At Perficient, Bryan leads efforts to streamline and simplify processes across the organization’s business practices, ensuring services are scalable, efficient, and aligned with client needs. He also champions an AI-first mindset across all practices, integrating intelligent automation, agentic capabilities, and data-driven decision-making into every aspect of service delivery.

Bryan joined Perficient from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he helped clients accelerate and get more value from their customer relationship management (CRM) investments by focusing on business value creation, process and operating model impacts, and incorporating AI capabilities. He led BCG's CRM work for the EMESA region (Europe, Middle East, South America, Africa). He previously spent 21 years at Accenture, holding several leadership roles across North America, the UK, and EMEA, most recently as the EMEA Salesforce business group leader.

Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in business computer systems from Bradley University.
