Rajesh Mehta

Rajesh Mehta is the chief financial officer at Perficient, responsible for all aspects of financial compliance, reporting, accounting, and mergers and acquisitions.

With more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, Rajesh has driven value creation, scaled high-growth businesses, and built global, high-performing teams. He joined Perficient in July 2025 after serving as the vice president and chief financial officer for the technology services division at Wipro. He previously held similar executive leadership positions at Capgemini.

Rajesh has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and integrations. He consistently delivers results through strong commercial acumen and an AI-first, enterprise-wide mindset, leveraging AI use cases for financial reporting, driving AI productivity to improve delivered margin, and developing commercial and pricing models for AI-led delivery. He connects the dots across sales, delivery, finance, IT, risk, HR, and people supply chain.

Rajesh holds a master’s degree in auditing, tax, and accounting from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
