Santhosh Nair is Perficient's Chief Partner Officer, leading the company's global partner ecosystem strategy. In this role, he is unifying Perficient's alliance function and deepening relationships across hyperscalers, data and platform leaders, and AI-native innovators — turning the partner ecosystem into a core engine of growth through co-created IP, joint go-to-market, and commercial models tied to outcomes, including forward-deployed engineers and native AI services built on partner platforms.
Santhosh brings more than 28 years of consulting experience to the role. He most recently led Perficient's Digital Engineering practice, and over his tenure has scaled practices, grown the company's most strategic client relationships, and built deep trust across its partner community — the foundation he now brings to bear in unifying and accelerating Perficient's partner strategy.
Earlier in his career, he co-founded Kerdock Consulting, a regional systems integrator acquired by Perficient, and held consulting roles focused on ERP implementations across financial services, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and energy.
Santhosh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Houston.
