Perficient and Benchmade Named a Finalist for Adobe Experience Maker 'Mastermind' Award, Win 'Best Consumer Goods Website' Internet Advertising Competition Award

Benchmade, an American knife manufacturer, offers hundreds of product variations on its commerce site, making its product data extensive and complex. Benchmade and Perficient upgraded the site to the Magento 2 platform to help properly manage its product information and elevate the overall buying experience. The solution incorporates new functionalities to create better connectivity between product variations, streamline the ordering process, and support a more personalized customer experience.

Adobe recently selected Perficient and Benchmade as a finalist for the Adobe Experience Maker Awards in the “Mastermind” category, a distinction given to just three of more than 350 submissions. The award recognizes excellence in delivering a unified commerce experience across multiple B2C and B2B channels. Adobe will announce the final award recipients this summer. The customer experience also won a 2020 Internet Advertising Competition (IAC) award from the Web Marketing Association (WMA) for best consumer goods website. This marks the fourth consecutive year Perficient has been recognized with an IAC award, with previous distinctions earned for best financial services mobile app, best energy mobile app, and two best of industry awards.
