Abhishek Sinha

Abhishek (“Abhi”) Sinha is the chief delivery officer and president of international operations at Perficient. He brings more than three decades of expertise in global delivery and operations. At Perficient, he is responsible for architecting an organization that fosters distributed leadership with a focus on managing operations at an ever-larger scale across Latin America, Europe, India, and the U.S. He is responsible for designing, launching, and governing processes and frameworks for an AI-first, AI-fast global delivery organization.

Prior to joining Perficient, Abhi served on the board of L&T Technology Services Limited (LTTS) and held multiple executive roles, including chief operating officer and a P&L leader of medical devices and SmartWorld businesses. He previously served as the chief people and operations officer at KPIT Technologies. Abhi began his professional journey at Infosys, where he contributed to the company’s transformation from a 500-member team to more than 150,000 employees over the course of 20 years. At Infosys, he led P&Ls and held roles in consulting, delivery, and account management.

Abhi earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, BHU.
