Recommendations balanced input from compliance, HR, and the CISO, with a focus on mitigation strategies and measurable impact. We designed an AI Center of Excellence to anchor strategy, business partnership, and technology guidance — built to expand as the organization matures into project management, evangelism, and integrated KPI tracking.
