Data flow across Adobe Experience Platform products was streamlined to enable real-time personalization across digital properties. Marketing automation was aligned with Salesforce to improve lead handoff and support full-funnel lifecycle management. And personalization expanded beyond the previous platform's limits — reaching both known and anonymous users across channels that were previously out of range entirely.

Before RTCDP, marketing could view and target three million known profiles. That number jumped to 21 million — a sevenfold increase in reach and personalization potential, unlocking engagement opportunities across segments that had been invisible.
