We rebuilt the search architecture from the ground up using Coveo — coordinating across more than a dozen internal teams including data, commerce, CMS, web development, and QA. One of the largest Coveo implementations ever executed.

The search index was drowning in noise. Using Coveo dictionaries to intelligently structure the data, we reduced the index from billions of items to under 250,000 — without losing a single critical data point. Query speed jumped to near-instantaneous response times and eliminated the need for result caching entirely.

The 30-hour indexing lag was making real-time impossible. Event-driven indexing now delivers updates across catalog, pricing, and entitlements in real time — not after the damage is done.

One-size-fits-all merchandising was serving nobody well. Machine learning-powered personalization replaced it, so each customer sees products, placements, and pages tailored to their specific needs and behaviors.
