Perficient Hires New CFO

February 20, 2004, Austin, Texas – Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT), a leading eBusiness solutions provider to Global 3000 companies in the central United States, today announced the appointment of Michael D. Hill to the position of Chief Financial Officer of Perficient, effective immediately.

Hill replaces Mark D. Mauldin, who is leaving the company to pursue other interests.

Mr. Hill has over 12 years experience in finance, accounting and business operations. For the past five years, Hill has held Director and VP-level positions at various technology companies, most recently PerformanceRetail, Inc.. In these roles, Hill was responsible for financial operations management, strategic financial planning, raising private equity and debt financing and all levels of financial reporting. Previously, Hill spent more than seven years with Ernst & Young LLP, the Big 5 professional services firm, where he worked in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice in Austin, Texas. There, he worked closely with public and private companies, primarily in the high-technology industry.

Hill received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a licensed C.P.A. in the State of Texas.
