Perficient Announces Partnership with St. Louis Rams

Multi-faceted agreement centers on civic commitment to the local community

SAINT LOUIS (June 11, 2014) - Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT), a leading information technology and management consulting firm serving Global 2000 and other large enterprise customers throughout North America, today announced it has entered into a broad and multi-faceted, mutually beneficial partnership with the St. Louis Rams. Under terms of the agreement, Perficient will receive marketing and corporate engagement opportunities, while the Rams will leverage Perficient’s deep technology solutions and application development expertise to improve football operations. Core to the relationship is a joint commitment to several important community-oriented initiatives.

“Like Perficient, the Rams are a civic-minded enterprise that cares deeply about investing time and resources back into the St. Louis region,” said Bill Davis, Perficient’s managing director of marketing and communications. “Their history of commitment to the community is inspiring, and we’re honored to join forces to further their tradition of giving back, lifting up and enabling those in need across our region.”

As the official community sponsor for the 2014 St. Louis Rams, Perficient will invest time, resources and dollars in supporting a variety of the Rams’ ongoing community-oriented initiatives. In addition to sponsoring the recent Coach Fisher and Friends Celebrity Softball Game, Perficient has become the sponsor of the Rams’ Staff Days of Service program, a monthly initiative where the Rams’ front office staff takes time out to volunteer with local non-profits. Since the program’s inception in 2009, the Rams have provided more than 9,000 hours of volunteer service to the community. The Rams’ annual Playground Build is the cornerstone effort of the Staff Day of Service program, and Perficient volunteers are participating in the sixth annual Playground Build at Marygrove, a residential treatment center dedicated to providing mental health services to severely disturbed children, young adults and their families who are economically disadvantaged. Perficient will also have a presence on the community section of the Rams’ web site, and their logo will be on the players’ community appearance jerseys that are worn during the majority of charitable and off-the-field appearances.

“The Rams are excited to add another dynamic and fast-growing St. Louis corporation like Perficient to our partner family,” said Bob Reif, St. Louis Rams’ executive vice president and chief revenue officer. “Partnering with Perficient is meaningful because they share both our passion for community service and our interest in deploying innovative technologies to improve operations.”
