What it is
Content IQ℠ assesses how hard your content is working for you to reach the right people and drive the right actions. We also look at how well the organization is managing content and identify the areas that would be most beneficial for immediate intervention.

We closely examine your content's effectiveness, actionability, and efficiency to ensure that it is meeting your users' needs, your business needs, and your authoring needs. We also review your content governance strategy to ensure sustainability.
The engagement lasts four weeks.
Weeks 1-2: Workshop, interviews, content and analytics audit document review
Weeks 3-4: Content matrix mapping, scorecard preparation, report preparation, and executive workshop
