Perficient Joins OASIS Web Services Committee

Austin, Texas – August 7, 2002 – Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT), a leading provider of eBusiness solutions to Global 3000 companies, announced today that it has become a founding member of the newly formed OASIS Web Services Security Committee. The committee, which includes such leading companies as Microsoft, IBM, Verisign, Oracle, Cisco, BEA, SAP and Sun Microsystems, is focused on developing industry standards for Web Services security.
