Collaborate 16, April 10-14 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, unites the Independent Oracle Users Group (IOUG), the Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG), and the Quest International Users Group (Quest) to educate and share best practices with Oracle business applications users.
